are your conference rooms like and how do I reserve one?

You and your guests will enter our
offices to the sound of classical music and be greeted by an attentive
receptionist who will show you to our conference rooms which are accented with
original Asian art. While you are our guest, we will provide you with
coffee, tea and spring water service on a complimentary basis. High speed
Internet access is also provided without charge. Audio visual support is
available, as are faxing and photocopy capabilities.

How does mail forwarding work?

How often will you forward my mail?
|

We will forward your mail to you daily, weekly or monthly
by any means you select: next day, 2nd day or regular 1st class mail, Fed
Ex or UPS for example. You will be charged for only the cost of
the postage or service, unless special handling is required.

Can I use your services for personal use?

can. Whatever your reason for wanting a private mailing address, our service is just what you're looking for. Discreet and personal correspondence can be sent here and forwarded on to you in a new envelope.
And if, for example, you expect to be traveling overseas for extended period,
we can hold your mail until you return or forward it to you as you travel to
various locations.

additional charges will apply.
In addition, if you send us a document via e-mail, will

you wish.

What about certified or registered mail that requires a signature?

| | We will sign for anything that requires a signature. If you expect to receive time-sensitive mailings, where the date of our signature could affect some legal or financial process, you need to be aware of that. We
will immediately re-mail anything that we can tell is time-sensitive, even if your usual forwarding instructions are for us to hold mail for some time period.

and how do I retrieve my e-mail?

Do I have to supply I.D. (identification) when setting-up a
New York City Virtual Presence

| | Yes. Two forms of I.D. will be
required, one of which must be a photo I.D.. They can be presented in
person or copies can be sent to us by mail, fax or e-mail. In addition
we must receive a copy of the front and back of any credit card you will be
using.
